What we've achieved
We reduce public expenditure on homelessness, legal action, unemployment and better mental and physical health.
We use volunteering to bring the community together, improve the lives of our volunteers, their communities and the people they help.
We are proud of our independently verified Advice Quality Standard, which remains at the highest possible level, and our client feedback which demonstrates the positive impact we have on people’s lives.
In terms of public value, our service provides wider economic and social benefits by improving client wellbeing and positive functioning. Our advice contributes £13.36 to society for every £1 invested with a total of £8,810,664 in total last year.
