CARS celebrated at the 2026 Runnymede Civic Awards - Service to the Community Award
Citizens Advice Runnymede and Spelthorne was delighted to be shortlisted and awarded a Finalist Certificate at the annual Runnymede Civic Awards 2026. The prestigious event was held at Thorpe Park and hosted by Runnymede Borough Council, Brooklands Radio and numerous award sponsors. The awards recognise individuals, charities and support organisations who make a difference every day across Runnymede, shining a spotlight on those who give their time, expertise and community spirit to improve people’s lives.
This year, competition for the awards was higher than ever with over 177 entries, so CARS is extremely proud and humbled to be not only shortlisted, but also awarded a Finalist certificate in the ‘Service to the Community’ category.
The award is a wonderful recognition of our fantastic team of Volunteers and Staff who work tirelessly to help those in the local community. Thank you to Runnymede Borough Council and of course, to the CARS team.
